摘要
综采工作面软岩切眼采用先施工导硐、再扩帮、后安装传统掘进工艺,该工艺存在施工工期长、工序繁杂、人工投入多、设备投用多、安全风险高等问题.针对这些问题,研究出综采工作面软岩切眼先施工导硐、后扩帮及安装同步进行的一体化技术.工程实践表明,使用一体化安装工艺提高了综采工作面软岩切眼安装效率,缩短了近1 个月的扩帮施工工期,提前出煤27 万t;利用液压支架作为扩帮掘进作业的超前支护,确保大跨度断面支护安全;利用液压支架搬运车运输支架比单轨吊方式具有效率高、工序简单、成本低等优点,对生产接续紧张、地质条件类似的综采工作面设备安装具有一定的借鉴意义.
Abstract
For cut-hole of soft rock in fully mechanized mining working face,the traditional excavation tech-nology,i.e.constructing the guide tunnel,then expanding the side,and finally installing the equipment,is ap-plied.This technology implies some problems,including long construction period,complicated work processes,high labor and equipment input,high safety risk,etc.In response to such problems,the integrated technology that allows the guide tunnel construction,then side expansion and final equipment installation for the cut-hole of soft rock in fully mechanized mining working face is developed.The engineering practice reveals that the integrated installation technology improves the installation efficiency of cut-hole of soft rock in fully mech-anized mining working face,and shortens the construction period of side expansion by nearly one month,with 270,000t of coal produced ahead of schedule.The hydraulic supports are used as the forepoling for the expansion operation,which ensures the support safety in the large-span section.The hydraulic support truck is leveraged to transport the supports,which features high efficiency,simple work process,and low cost com-pared to the monorail crane.This is of great significance to the equipment installation in fully mechanized mining working face with unbalanced production continuity and safety as well as similar geological conditions.
