摘要

为了解决煤层瓦斯抽采过程中的钻孔密封问题,分析了钻孔密封机理及影响因素,介绍了钻孔密封材料及设备,提出了基于主动膨胀的定点靶向封孔工艺.该工艺通过在井下选定位置进行封孔,并利用主动膨胀材料的膨胀特性增强封孔的密封性,提高了瓦斯抽采效率,为高瓦斯矿井抽采钻孔封孔提供了借鉴.

Abstract

In order to cope with the borehole sealing problem occurred during coal seam gas drainage,this paper analyzes the borehole sealing mechanism and influence factor,introduces the borehole sealing materials and equipment,and describes fixed-point targeting sealing process based on active expansion.This process is intended to improve the gas drainage efficiency by sealing the holes at selected locations downhole and en-hancing the sealing performance based on the expansion characteristics of the active expansion materials,pro-viding a reference for drainage borehole sealing in high gas mines.
