摘要

以某电厂已经投入运行的HG-1125-25.4-HM2型锅炉为研究对象,对其1 号机组进行了浆液闪蒸取热供热关键技术可行性研究.在湿法烟气脱硫系统的基础上增加1 套浆液真空闪蒸系统和热泵系统,抽取部分脱硫浆液加入到真空闪蒸系统,浆液闪蒸降温后送回脱硫塔进行喷淋脱硫,从而达到吸收烟气热量、提高供热温度的目的.同步对电厂其他工艺产生的影响进行研究分析和效益计算,得到对应负荷下的供热与节煤收益.

Abstract

The feasibility study on the key technology of slurry flash for heat supply is carried out for Unit 1 of a power plant,taking the HG-1125-25.4-HM2 boiler that has already been put into operation as the re-search object.On the basis of wet flue gas desulfurization system,a slurry vacuum flash system and a heat pump system are additionally provided.Part of the desulfurized slurry is pumped into the vacuum flash sys-tem,and then transferred into the desulfurizing tower for spray desulfurization after the slurry is flashed and cools down,for the purpose of absorbing the heat of flue gas and increasing the heat temperature.Besides,the impacts of other processes in the plant are simultaneously studied and analyzed,and the benefit is calcu-lated,in order to get the profits from heat supply and coal saving under the corresponding load.
