摘要

以费托合成馏分油为原料,采用实沸点蒸馏装置切割制备航煤FT-SPK组分,并对FT-SPK的关键性质(馏程、闪点、冰点和密度)进行测定.研究发现,费托合成柴油170℃~270℃切割馏分的闪点较高,不适合FT-SPK组分.将费托合成柴油馏分(170℃~270℃)和汽油馏分(>140℃)按1∶2、1∶1和2∶1调和制备的FT-SPK组分的关键性质均满足标准要求,说明将费托汽油馏分掺入柴油馏分中可以制备得到合格的FT-SPK组分.

Abstract

In this paper,the fractions from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis are used as the raw materials,the FT-SPK components of aviation kerosene are prepared by using the real boiling distillation apparatus,and the key properties of FT-SPK(distillation range,flash point,freezing point and density)are determined.It is found that the 170℃~270℃diesel cut-fraction from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis has a high flash point and is not suitable for FT-SPK components.The key properties of FT-SPK components prepared by blending diesel fraction(170℃~270℃)from Fischer-Tropsch synthesis and gasoline fraction(>140℃)at 1∶2,1∶1 and 2∶1 meet the standard requirements,indicating that qualified FT-SPK components can be prepared by blending Fischer-Tropsch gasoline fraction into diesel fraction.
