The urban reclaimed water contains complex components including COD,BOD5,dissolved solids, turbidity, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus, insoluble salts, etc. It has high bacterial content and is not sta-ble.Therefore,it is prone to causing corrosion, scaling, mud and microbiological accumulation of water treat-ment system, resulting in contamination of the membrane system. In order to avoid the above problems,it's crucial to carry out small-scale flocculation test of urban reclaimed water to determine the optimal flocculant concentration.Based on the optimal flocculant concentration, the optimal concentration of coagulant aid is de-termined by small-scale test, and the dosage of bactericide must be adjusted according to the total number of bacteria in the water,so that the best filling ratio is determined. After the concentration of agents is deter-mined,the operation of the machine-added tank is adjusted. The flocculant and coagulant aid are added into the machine-added tank. The settlement ratio and the turbidity of produced water are controlled according to the supervision index of the optimized adjustment plan. When the water flow from the system is continuous and stable, water is supplied to the next level of water treatment equipment to ensure that water from the wa-ter treatment system has no influence on the steam-water quality of the unit.
