摘要

学科建设是农业科研院所实现可持续发展的重要保障.文章以四川省农业科学院土壤肥料研究所为例,阐述了学科建设的现状和成效,分析了存在的问题,提出了优化学科布局、加大高端人才培养力度、创新体制机制、提升平台建设水平等建议,以期为农业科研院所加强学科建设提供参考.
