Case Study on the Development Status of Government-sponsored New R&D Institutions under the Background of Rural Revitalization,Taking Bama Yao Autonomous County Rural Revitalization Research Institute as an Example
In order to explore the positive role of science and technology innovation in helping rural revitalization under the background of rural revitalization,taking Bama Yao Autonomous County Rural Revitalization Research Institute,a new type of government-sponsored R&D institution jointly established by Shenzhen Institute of Agricultural Genomics,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Bama Yao Autonomous County People's Government as an example,the article introduced in detail the background of the construction of the institution,cases of science and technology support,analyzed the current development status of the institution and the challenges it faces,and put forward suggestions in terms of enhancing the awareness of transformation of science and technology achievements,improving the incentive mechanism for science and technology talents,and promoting the construction of its own blood-supply system,aiming at providing references and lessons for the development of government-sponsored new research and development institutions of institutional types and promoting them to better serve the cause of rural revitalization.
