Preliminary Study on the Mechanism Construction of the Grassroots Agricultural Science Academy with Two Wings of Science Popularization and Scientific Research Flying Together,Taking Jiyuan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
Scientific researchers have the natural advantage in participating in science popularization activities.Grassroots agricultural science academies have the functions such as scientific research experiments,demonstration and promotion,science popularization education,radiation drive,technical consultation,and service to the local community.Taking Jiyuan Agricultural Science Academy as an example,the article analyzes the current situation of science popularization resources of the institute,summarizes the practice mode of the institute's science popularization activities,and puts forward suggestions to strengthen the science popularization work of grassroots scientific research institutes from the aspects of strengthening the implementation of science popularization projects,increasing the financial input,and establishing a sound incentive mechanism for the work of science popularization,with a view to promoting the synergistic development of scientific and technological innovation and popularization of science and technology,and to promoting the scientific and technological resources of the grassroots Academy of Agricultural Sciences for science and popularization and development and utilization.
