Practice and Reflection on the Construction of Young Talent Teams in Emerging Interdisciplinary Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Institute of Leisure Agriculture,Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
Interdisciplinary integration is an important feature of the current development of science and technology.Taking Leisure Agriculture Research Institute of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as the research object,the article focuses on the problems existing in the process of talent team construction and the achievements made in the implementation of talent cultivation program over the past five years since the establishment of the Institute.It also puts forward suggestions for the construction of a emerging interdisciplinary young talent team from the aspects of policy leading,talent-based policy,internal training and external attraction,and cultural construction,with a view to providing references for the development of emerging interdisciplinary agricultural research institutes.
