Agricultural research institutes,taking agricultural technological innovation and service as the main task,are public welfare institutes and play an important role in the development of our national economy.Agricultural research institutes'administrative affairs management is a key factor in ensuring the smooth development of research work.Optimizing administrative affairs management is helpful to regulate the allocation and use of resources within the institutes.The article described the importance of the administrative management of agricultural research institutes,analyzed the difficulties faced in the administrative affairs management,and put forward strategies to optimize the administrative affairs management of agricultural research institutes from the aspects of innovative management concepts,strengthening training and learning,and strengthening communication and exchange.
