摘要
由农业大国迈向农业强国,既是我国全面建成社会主义现代化强国的本质要求,也是以中国式现代化全面推进中华民族伟大复兴的重大任务.文章对我国向农业强国跨越的条件进行了梳理,分析了我国建设农业强国的现实困境,并从增强农业竞争力、提高科技强农水平、提升农业可持续发展能力、完善金融支农体系和培育新型职业农民等方面提出了我国由农业大国向农业强国跨越的路径.
Abstract
Moving from a large agricultural country to an Agricultural Powerhouse is not only the essential requirement for China to build a strong socialist modernization country in all aspects,but also a major task to comprehensively promote the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation with Chinese-style modernization.The article has sorted out the conditions for China to leap to an Agricultural Powerhouse,analyzed the realistic dilemma of building an Agricultural Powerhouse in China,and put forward the path for China to leap from an agricultural powerhouse to an Agricultural Powerhouse in terms of enhancing the competitiveness of agriculture,improving the level of scientific and technological strengthening of agriculture,upgrading the capacity of sustainable development of agriculture,perfecting the system of financial support for agriculture,and fostering new types of professional farmers.
