Research on the Path of Digital Platform Empowering Digital Rural Governance under the Background of Digital China Construction,Based on the Case of"Jiancunding"Data Governance Platform in Jiande City of Zhejiang Province
Digital rural governance is an important component of the digital China construction strategy.The"Overall Layout Plan for Digital China Construction"issued in 2023 emphasizes the promotion of deep integration of digital technology and the real economy,and accelerates the application of digital technology innovation in key areas such as agriculture,industry and finance.The year 2023 marks the 20th anniversary of Zhejiang Province's initiation of the"Thousand Villages Demonstration,Ten Thousand Villages Renovation"project under the guidance of the"Eight Eight Strategy".This paper focuses on the"Jiancunding"data governance platform in Jiande City of Zhejiang Province,guided by Henri Lefebvre's theory of spatial production,and extracts the path for Jiande City to build a data governance platform to achieve digital rural governance,which is"Expanding the Collective Spatial Governance Space-Innovating the Emotional Governance Space-Opening up the Technological Application Space".It points out that there are still data security risks in China's rural data governance,and data standards have not been fully unified,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of the government,individual villagers,and relevant technology companies,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are proposed.
