摘要
在农业农村部科学技术司公布的全国农业科技现代化先行县共建名单中,包含广西农业科学院(对口技术单位)与富川瑶族自治县(共建先行县),二者共同开展农业科技现代化先行县共建工作.文章介绍了广西农业科学院以科技支撑农业科技现代化先行县建设发展的经验做法、取得的主要成效,分析了先行县共建工作中存在的问题,并针对问题提出了压实先行县共建工作责任、多渠道筹资保障先行县共建工作需要、加强共建工作宣传引导、深化院县合作等进一步优化先行县共建工作的建议,以期为对口技术单位进一步做好先行县建设工作提供参考.
Abstract
In the national agricultural science and technology modernization pioneer county co-construction list announced by the Department of Science and Technology of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development,Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences(counterpart technical institution)and Fuchuan Yao Autonomous County(co-construction pioneer county)are included,and both of them carry out the agricultural science and technology modernization pioneer county co-construction work together.The article introduces the experience and practice of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences in supporting the construction and development of the pioneer counties of modernization of agricultural science and technology with science and technology,the main results achieved,and analyzes the problems in the work of co-construction in the pioneer counties.It also puts forward suggestions for further optimizing the work of co-construction in pioneer counties,such as compaction of the responsibility of co-construction in pioneer counties,multi-channel financing to guarantee the needs of co-construction in pioneer counties,strengthening the publicity and guidance of co-construction,and deepening the cooperation between the academy and counties,with a view to providing references for the counterparts to do a good job in the construction of pioneer counties.
