Accompanying with the continuous improvement of China's agricultural science and technology and information technology level,the grassroots agricultural research rapidly develops,and the traditional scientific research management method can no longer meet the needs of its rapid development,and it is urgent to accelerate the construction of informationization management system.Taking the institute of Agricultural Resources and Environment of Hebei Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences as an example,the article analyzed the problems that existed during the research and development process of the research management information system of the institute,empirically analyzed the research informatization management of the institute from the aspects of the research management information system construction objectives,the structure of the research management information system,and the obtained achievements,and made suggestions to strengthen the construction of the research management information system by paying great attention to it from the leadership team,advancing it in the mode of step-by-step improvement,and strengthening the top-level design of the research management information system,so as to serve the grassroots agricultural research management work better.
