国际交流合作是大趋势,有助于启迪创新思想,构建合作共赢伙伴关系,助力农业科技发展和农业强国建设.文章以辽宁省农业科学院为例,介绍了农业国际交流合作的意义和该院国际交流合作历程,分析了存在的问题,并从复合型人才培养、转变对国际交流合作的认识、把握政策趋势等方面提出了加强国际交流合作的建议,以期推进农业科研单位国际交流合作,助力世界农业科技的共同发展.
Abstract
International exchanges and cooperation is a big trend,which helps to enlighten innovative ideas,build win-win cooperation partnerships,and helps the development of agricultural science and technology and the construction of Agricultural Powerhouse.Taking Liaoning Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article introduces the significance of international exchange and cooperation in agriculture and the history of international exchange and cooperation in the academy,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions to strengthen international exchange and cooperation from the aspects of cultivation of composite talents,transformation of understanding of international exchange and cooperation,and grasping of policy trends,etc.,with a view to promoting the international exchange and cooperation of agricultural scientific research institutes and assisting in the common development of the world's agricultural science and technology.
