Research on the Phenomenon of"One Zone with Multiple Parks"in National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks
The article analyzed the current situation,formation mechanism,management system,advantages and disadvantages of"one zone with multiple parks"in National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks by using case study and comparative study methods.The study found that:the model of"one zone with multiple parks"of the National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks has been practiced nationwide,which helps to solve the problem of spatial dispersion of agricultural resources,motivates the county governments to actively participate in the construction of the park,helps to enhance the role of the park's radiation drive,and is helpful to improve the competitiveness and influence of the park;however,"one zone with multiple parks"is not conducive to the clustering effect of the park,and is likely to bring about conflicts of interest between the municipal and county governments and their park management departments,and increase the difficulty of coordinating and managing the park.With regard to the phenomenon of"one zone with multiple parks"in the National Agricultural Science and Technology Parks,it is necessary to look at the phenomenon dialectically,analyze the specific problems specifically,and suggest to enhance the construction incentives from strengthening the sub-park construction,strengthen the park's macroscopic management and guidance,and promote the park's innovation in the management mechanism and so on to strengthen the construction.
