Research on the Current Situation and Cultivation of the Subjectivity of Rural Cadres from the Perspective of Social System Theory
Rural development is crucial to the full implementation of the rural vitalization strategy.As the leader,organizer and practitioner of rural construction,village cadres are the leading force to promote rural construction.At present,most village cadres have good governance ability are able to make progress.However,some rural cadres lack of subjectivity,hinder the development of rural construction.Through researching Y County,the article learned about the current situation of village cadres' subjectivity in the county,analyzed the reasons for the weak subjectivity of village cadres,and put forward feasible countermeasures to cultivate the subjectivity of village cadres from the aspects of strengthening education and training,unimpeded supervision channels,enlarging the collective economy of villages,and establishing a sound incentive and guarantee system,in order to help village cadres play their role in the subjectivity better,and to promote the modernization of the development of the rural governance.
