大型科学仪器作为科技创新的核心资源,在支持高水平科研活动中发挥着基础性的支撑作用.文章分析了科研机构实验技术队伍建设的重要性,以及当前实验技术人员队伍建设面临的问题,阐述了实验技术人员在支撑科研活动中的关键作用,并从岗位设置、人才引进、加强培训等方面提出了加强实验技术人员队伍建设的建议,以期为科研机构的专职实验技术人员队伍建设提供参考.
Abstract
As a core resource for scientific and technological innovation,largescale scientific instruments play a fundamental supporting role in supporting high-level scientific research activities.The article analyzes the importance of the construction of experimental technician team in scientific research institutions and the current problems faced by the construction of experimental technician team,describes the key role of experimental technicians in supporting scientific research activities,and puts forward the suggestions to strengthen the construction of experimental technician team in terms of job setting,talent introduction,strengthening training,etc.,with a view to providing references for the construction of full-time experimental technician team in scientific research institutions.
