对农业科研单位而言,加强新时代廉洁文化建设既是"润心工程",更是"治本工程",具有十分重要的现实意义.文章以江苏省农业科学院为例,从加强新时代廉洁文化建设、推动全面从严治党向纵深发展的实际需要出发,深入开展调查研究,分析了当前形势下廉洁文化建设质效不强的原因,探索提出"内化于心、外化于行、固化于制"三位一体工作法,并介绍了"涵养廉洁文化,充盈正气清风"主题纪律教育月活动、年中全面从严治党专项督查的相关实践探索,以期为推动农业科研单位高质量发展、高效能治理提供有力支撑.
Abstract
For agricultural research institutions,to strengthen the new era of integrity culture construction is not only"Runxin project",but also"Zhiben project",has a very important practical significance.Taking Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,from the practical needs of strengthening the construction of clean culture in the new era and promoting the development of comprehensive and strict governance of the party to the depth,the article carries out in-depth investigation and research,analyzes the reasons for the lack of quality and effectiveness of the construction of integrity culture in the current situation,and explores the proposed trinity of"internalized in the heart,externalized in the behavior,and consolidated in the system".It also introduced the theme of"cultivating a culture of integrity,enriching the righteousness and purity"disciplinary education month activities,the mid-year comprehensive and strict governance of the Party's special supervision of the relevant practical exploration,with a view to promoting the high-quality development of agricultural scientific research institutions,high-efficiency governance to provide strong support.
