农业科研院所开展标准化建设,有助于提升现代院所治理能力、科技创新活力和自主创新能力.文章总结了现代院所标准化建设概况,分析了标准化建设的必要性和建设原则,从树立标准化治理理念、系统性推进标准化建设、增强标准实操性和加强标准化与信息化融合等方面提出了加强农业科研院所标准化建设的对策,以期为同类单位开展此项工作提供借鉴.
Abstract
The standardization construction of agricultural research institutions is helpful to improve the governance capacity,scientific and technological innovation vitality and independent innovation capacity in modern institutes.The article summarized the overview of standardization construction of modem institutes,analyzed the necessity of standardization construction and construction principles,and put forward countermeasures to strengthen the standardization construction of agricultural research institutes from the aspects of establishing the concept of standardization governance,systematically promoting the standardization construction,enhancing the practicality of the standard and strengthening the integration of standardization and informatization,with a view to providing reference for similar institutes to carry out this work.
