基层农业科研单位科技创新力提升的思考——以浙江省亚热带作物研究所为例

摘要
基层农业科研单位是推动地方农业科技进步的骨干力量,文章总结了浙江省亚热带作物研究所建所60多年,特别是"十四五"以来科技创新的现状,深入分析了新形势下科技创新力提升面临的问题及原因,并有针对性地提出了党建引领文化传承、深化体制机制改革、聚焦科技创新和"三农"服务、助力产业提质增效等加快推进基层农业科研单位创新发展的对策和建议,以期为基层农业科研单位提升科技创新力提供参考.
Abstract
Grassroots agricultural research institutes are the backbone of local agricultural science and technology progress.The article summarized the current situation of scientific and technological innovation of Institute of Subtropical Crops of Zhejiang Province since its establishment more than 60 years ago,especially since the"14th Five-Year Plan",in-depth analyzed the problems and reasons for the promotion of scientific and technological innovation under the new situation,and targeted measures and suggestions are proposed to accelerate the innovation and development of grassroots agricultural research institutes,such as Party building leading cultural inheritance,deepening institutional and mechanism reforms,focusing on scientific and technological innovation in"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers",and connecting with industries to improve quality and efficiency,in order to provide reference for grassroots agricultural research institutes to enhance their scientific and technological innovation capabilities.
