摘要
科研院所科技成果数量与质量是其研究水平和创新能力的重要体现.文章以北京市农林科学院为例,总结了其科技成果培育和管理服务的举措及取得的成效,分析了存在的问题,提出了加强科研项目的顶层设计、深挖有前景的成果、营造良好的生态学术氛围等加强科技成果全链条管理与服务的对策和建议.
Abstract
The quantity and quality of scientific and technological achievements of scientific research institutes are an important embodiment of research level and innovation ability.Taking the Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,this paper summarizes the measures and results of scientific and technological achievements cultivation and management services,analyzes the existing problems,and puts forward suggestions to improve the output of scientific and technological achievements,such as strengthening the top-level design of scientific research projects,moving forward the cultivation of scientific achievements,digging deep into promising achievements,and creating a good ecological academic atmosphere.
