办公室行政管理工作是农业科研单位高质量完成科技创新、服务"三农"等主责主业的桥梁和纽带.在加快建设现代化农业强国的新形势下,文章从农业科研单位如何优化行政管理工作的角度深入思考,阐述了行政管理工作的基本遵循和主要职能,从管理制度、职能履行、人员力量、职业价值观和能力素养等方面分析了当前农业科研单位行政管理存在的问题,并有针对性地从转变思想观念、强健制度"骨骼"、拓宽晋升通道等方面提出了解决对策与改进路径,力求不断提升行政管理综合效能,完成好保障农业科研单位高质量发展的使命任务.
Abstract
Office administration is the bridge and link for agricultural research institutions to complete scientific and technological innovation,service"agriculture,rural areas,and farmers"and other main responsibilities.Under the new situation of accelerating the construction of a modern agricultural powerhouse,the article from the agricultural research institutions how to optimize the administrative management of the perspective of in-depth thinking.It elaborated the basic guidelines and main functions of administrative management,and analyzed the current problems of administrative management of agricultural research institutions from the aspects of management system,function performance,personnel strength,professional values and competence and quality.The article also put forward countermeasures and improvement paths in terms of changing the mindset,strengthening the"bones"of the system,and broadening the promotion channels,etc.,in an effort to continuously improve the comprehensive efficiency of administrative management and fulfil the mission of guaranteeing the high-quality development of agricultural research institutions.
