Innovation and Development Path of the Science and Technology Service System in Agricultural Research Institutes,Taking Yafu Science and Technology Service System of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
Agricultural science and technology services are an effective means to promote the transformation and application of agricultural scientific and technological achievements and to enhance the level of science and technology in agriculture and rural areas.The article introduces the mechanisms of the"Yafu Science and Technology Service System"at Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences.It proposes an innovation and development path for the science and technology service system in agricultural research institutes from the aspects of establishing an incentive mechanism for agricultural science and technology services driven by encouragement and support,constructing a platform for the transformation of agricultural science and technology oriented to industrial needs,and setting up an evaluation system for agricultural science and technology services centered on increasing farmers'income.This is aimed at providing a reference for scientific and educational institutes in carrying out agricultural science and technology services and related management work.
