Practice and Thoughts of Building Pioneer Counties of Agricultural Science and Technology Modernization Supported by Aquatic Research Institutes,Taking Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences as an Example
The article takes the cooperation between Chinese Academy of Fishery Sciences and Kunshan County as an example to introduce the experiences and practices of national-level fishery research institutions in the co-construction work of pioneer counties for agricultural science and technology modernization.It also highlights the main achievements obtained.In response to the problems encountered in the co-construction process,the paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for further optimizing the co-construction work in pilot counties from aspects such as strengthening multi-party cooperation,improving service forms,and enhancing publicity and guidance.The aim is to facilitate rural revitalization and the construction of agricultural modernization.
