Reflection on Enhancing the Service Capability of Agricultural Research Experiment and Demonstration Bases,Taking the Xinyang Base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
Taking Xinyang base of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,the article introduced the current situation of scientific research demonstration bases.It pointed out the problems existing in the construction and development of the base from the aspects of planning,funding input,management mechanism,function play and talents.It also put forward the main ways to improve the service capacity of the experimental base in terms of technological innovation and research and development,technology integration and demonstration,technology publicity and promotion,popular science education and training,and scientific and technological cooperation and exchange,and further pointed out the main measures to ensure the functioning of the base.
