The construction of agricultural science and technology park is mainly launched by the government,with distinct policy orientation.This study compares the functional positioning of each type of agricultural science and technology park based on policy orientation,and investigates the inadequate innovation development and monitoring and evaluation difficulties in the parks.This serves as an objective basis and guidance for conducting monitoring and evaluation.Considering the functional positioning and development status of each type of park,the study formulated strategies and key indicators for monitoring and evaluation.Some suggestions are proposed to enhance assessment orientation,establish a statistical reporting system,and carry out regular inspection and guidance.
