摘要

小麦产业竞争力的提升对于保障国家粮食安全、促进农业高质量发展具有重要意义.文章介绍了河北省小麦产业发展现状,分析了河北省小麦产业发展中存在的问题,围绕高标准农田建设和中低产田改造、种业强麦和强省行动、智能装备研发、小麦加工和产业集群建设等方面提出了提升河北省小麦产业竞争力的路径,并从优化利用好各项政策、加强多部门协调联动、扩大产业集群覆盖面、加强对新型农业经营主体支持等方面提出了促进河北省小麦产业发展的对策建议.

Abstract

Enhancing the competitiveness of the wheat industry is of great significance for ensuring national food security and promoting high-quality agricultural development.This article introduces the current development status of the wheat industry in Hebei Province,analyzes the existing problems in the development of the wheat industry in Hebei Province,and proposes pathways to enhance the competitiveness of the wheat industry in Hebei Province focusing on high-standard farmland construction and the transformation of medium and low-yield fields,the strong wheat and strong province action,the research and development of intelligent equipment,wheat processing,and industrial cluster construction.Additionally,it puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the development of the wheat industry in Hebei Province from aspects such as optimizing the utilization of various policies,strengthening the coordination and linkage among multiple departments,expanding the coverage of industrial clusters,and enhancing support for new types of agricultural business entities.
