Systematically advancing the construction of a young talent team in agricultural research institutions is of strategic and practical significance for achieving high-level self-reliance and strength in agricultural science and technology.From a systems theory perspective,this article constructs a four-dimensional logical framework of"Institutional Assurance—Platform Empowerment—Cultural Innovation—Opportunity Creation"based on elaborating the connotative characteristics of young scientific and technological talent cultivation.Taking the Institute of Agricultural Environment and Sustainable Development,Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case study,it summarizes the practical experience of national agricultural research institutions in building a young scientific and technological talent training system.The article focuses on strengthening top-level design,deepening institutional and mechanism reforms,enhancing platform construction,creating practical opportunities,and innovating cultural construction,and proposes suggestions for strengthening the construction of the young scientific and technological talent training system in agricultural research institutions.This aims to provide a reference for accelerating the cultivation of national strategic scientific and technological forces,developing new quality agricultural productivity,and building a strong agricultural country.
