The key to driving the development of agricultural science and technology innovation is talent innovation.Strengthening the construction of the talent team is of great significance for improving the technological innovation of agricultural research institutions.The article analyzes the current situation and existing problems in the construction of the talent team in agricultural research institutes from the aspects of talent introduction,quantitative assessment,and team building.In response to these issues,it proposes countermeasures and suggestions such as strengthening the introduction and cultivation of leading talents,encouraging the integration of multiple disciplines within team members,and conducting phased evaluations based on the growth stage of the team,with the aim of improving the level of talent team construction and promoting high-quality development of agricultural innovation.
