Retired staff in agricultural research institutions have made significant contributions to China's agricultural scientific research.Providing excellent service and management for retired employees is crucial for the development and stability of agricultural research units.The article,based on the new characteristics and needs of retired staff in agricultural research institutions in recent years,and with a focus on delivering precise services to retired cadres,further reflects on and innovates the methods of service and management for retired employees.It proposes reasonable and feasible suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of further strengthening care and support,and enhancing communication and cooperation with neighborhood committees and communities,aiming to better promote the high-quality development of service and management for retired staff.
