摘要

农业生产生活过程中产生的废弃物实现资源化利用是乡村振兴战略的重要内容.文章分析了我国农业废弃物的产量、分布特征和资源化利用现状,分别介绍了主要农业废弃物如秸秆、尾菜和畜禽粪便的资源化利用方式,阐述了能源化、肥料化、饲料化、原料化和基质化等"五化"资源化利用技术的内涵、特点、技术难点和发展潜力.结合政策要求和产业需求,总结了现阶段农业废弃物资源化利用存在的卡点、堵点和难点,提出了加快发展农业废弃物资源化利用和推动国家种养循环的典型模式及循环发展战略建议.

Abstract

Achieving resource recovery of agricultural waste generated in agricultural production and living processes is an important part of the rural revitalization strategy.The article analyzed the output,distribution characteristics,and current status of resource recovery utilization of agricultural waste in China,introduced the main ways of resource recovery utilization of major agricultural wastes such as straw,vegetable residues,and livestock and poultry manure,and expounded the connotation,characteristics,technical difficulties,and development potential of"five transformations"resource recovery utilization technologies including energy conversion,fertilization,feed,raw materials,and substrate.Combined with policy requirements and industrial needs,it summarized the current bottlenecks,blockages,and difficulties in the resource recovery utilization of agricultural waste,and proposes to accelerate the development of agricultural waste resource recovery utilization and promote typical models and circular development strategies of national breeding and cultivation cycles.
