摘要
文章以河南省农业科学院与西峡县院县共建现代农业科技综合示范县为例,详细分析了西峡县三大农业特色产业发展中存在的问题,如品种更新速度慢、标准化种植水平低、产业链条短等,系统总结了科技引领西峡县农业产业发展的主要做法及取得的成效,如引进筛选新品种、推广标准化生产技术、延伸产业链条等,并从搭建科技成果转移转化快速通道、构建全周期技术服务长效机制、创建多形态"三产"融合模式、组建多元化科技创新联合体等方面提出了助力西峡县特色产业发展的思路,为农业强省建设贡献西峡力量.
Abstract
Taking the collaborative construction of a modern agricultural science and technology comprehensive demonstration county between Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Xixia County as an example,this article analyzed in detail the problems existing in the development of Xixia County's three major agricultural characteristic industries,such as slow variety renewal,low level of standardized planting,and short industrial chains.It systematically summarized the main practices and achievements of science and technology leading the development of Xixia County's agricultural industry,such as introducing and screening new varieties,promoting standardized production technologies,extending industrial chains,etc.Moreover,it proposed ideas to help the development of Xixia County's characteristic industries from aspects such as building a rapid channel for the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements,constructing a long-term mechanism for full-cycle technical services,creating a multi-form"three industries"integration model,and forming a diversified scientific and technological innovation consortium,contributing to the construction of a strong agricultural province with the strength of Xixia.
