摘要
"藏粮于技"战略是确保国家粮食安全生产的重要举措之一.文章梳理了"藏粮于技"战略实施背景下河北省耕地质量改善、品种创新、农机装备转型升级等对粮食单产的提升带动作用,并基于单产目标产量测算了玉米和小麦两大主粮作物的增产潜力,分析了河北省"藏粮于技"战略实施中存在的问题,如农业生产经营"碎片化"、粮食产业种业短板依旧明显、机械智能化和精准化程度不高、农技推广服务体系不健全等,从加强农业科技创新、持续推进高标准农田建设、发展智能农机装备和加大关键技术推广力度等方面提出了相应的对策及建议.
Abstract
The strategy of"storing grain in technology"is one of the important measures to ensure the safe production of national grain.The article reviewed the role of improved farmland quality,variety innovation,and the transformation and upgrading of agricultural machinery and equipment in enhancing grain yield per unit area in Hebei Province under the implementation of the"storing grain in technology"strategy.Based on the target yield per unit area,it calculated the potential increase in production for the two major staple crops,corn and wheat,and analyzed the existing problems in the implementation of the strategy in Hebei Province,such as the"fragmentation"of agricultural production and management,the still apparent shortcomings in the seed industry of the grain sector,insufficient mechanical precision,and an incomplete agricultural technology extension service system.Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions were proposed from the aspects of strengthening agricultural technological innovation,continuously promoting the construction of high-standard farmland,developing intelligent agricultural machinery and equipment,and increasing the promotion of key technologies.
