摘要
文章总结了2021-2023年湖北省科技创新中心(以下简称"省创新中心")工作取得的成效,分析了省创新中心建设中存在的主要问题,并从加大经费投入力度、加强有组织的科研、研发有价值的成果、打造有活力的团队和强化考核结果的应用等方面提出了推进省创新中心建设的对策措施,以期加快湖北省从农业科技大省向农业科技强省转变的步伐.
Abstract
The article summarized the achievements of the work of the Hubei Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Center from 2021 to 2023,analyzed the main problems existing in the construction of the Provincial Innovation Center,and proposed measures to promote the construction of the Provincial Innovation Center from the aspects of increasing funding,strengthening organized scientific research,developing valuable research outcomes,building dynamic teams,and enhancing the application of assessment results.The aim was to accelerate the pace of transformation from a major agricultural science and technology province to a strong agricultural science and technology province in Hubei.
