摘要
农业机械化是农业现代化的基础支撑,不仅能提高作业效率、节省人力成本,还是解决"谁来种地"问题的关键.贵州省是全国重要的"菜篮子"生产基地,受资源禀赋及地形条件的限制,农业机械化发展面临巨大的挑战.文章分析了贵州省农业机械化发展现状,阐述了贵州省推进农业机械化发展的政策体系措施,剖析了贵州省农业机械政策体系存在的不足,并从优化农机购置补贴、"以机适地"与"改地适机"相结合、加大新型农机推广力度等方面提出了优化策略,以期提升贵州省农业机械化发展水平.
Abstract
Agricultural mechanization is the basic support for agricultural modernization.It can not only improve operation efficiency and save labor costs,but also is the key to solving the problem of"who will farm the land".Guizhou Province is an important"vegetable basket"production base in China,but its agricultural mechanization development faces huge challenges due to the limitations of resource endowment and terrain conditions.The article analyzed the current situation of agricultural mechanization development in Guizhou Province,expounded the policy system measures to promote agricultural mechanization development in Guizhou Province,analyzed the shortcomings of the agricultural machinery policy system in Guizhou Province,and proposed optimization strategies from aspects such as optimizing agricultural machinery purchase subsidies,combining"machinery adapting to land"with"land adapting to machinery",and increasing the promotion of new types of agricultural machinery,in order to improve the level of agricultural mechanization development in Guizhou Province.
