Research on Factors Influencing Farmers' Public Spirit from the Perspective of Rural Revitalization,Taking Huan County of Qingyang City as an Example
This article adopted a combination of Participatory Rural Appraisal(PRA)household surveys and semi-structured interviews to conduct research on 260 sample households in 19 villages in Huan County,Qingyang City.It used the Multivariate Logistic Regression Model to conduct an empirical analysis of the factors influencing farmers' public spirit.It explored the relationship between the five core dimensions of public spirit:cooperative spirit,altruistic spirit,democratic spirit,responsibility spirit,and collective activity consciousness,and the influence on the public spirit of farmers in Huan County.The results showed that the average satisfaction degree of the research dimensions is in ascending order:responsibility spirit(1.57)<cooperative spirit(1.82)<democratic spirit(1.89)<altruistic spirit(2.18)<collective activity consciousness(2.37).It can be seen that the public spirit of farmers in Huan County was relatively weak,and the consciousness of collectivism still needs to be strengthened.Therefore,this study put forward countermeasures and suggestions based on the empirical analysis of the research data combined with the local reality:developing rural collective economy to enhance farmers' cooperative spirit;strengthening the education of socialist core values to reshape farmers' altruistic spirit;consolidating the core leadership role of basic party organizations to cultivate farmers' democratic spirit;playing the edifying role of public cultural services to enhance farmers' sense of responsibility,etc.,in order to provide references for the cultivation of farmers' public spirit.
