摘要
"双师双能型"教师是乡村振兴中不可或缺的重要力量.文章在分析"双师双能型"教师农村社会服务功能内涵的基础上,深入挖掘其在乡村振兴中的潜力和价值,并从政策支持与制度保障、校地合作与产教融合、能力提升与激励机制、平台建设与服务模式创新等方面探索了"双师双能型"教师农村社会服务功能的实现途径,以期为乡村建设发展提供有益的参考和借鉴,为相关政策制定和实践操作提供理论支撑和现实依据.
Abstract
"Dual teacher and dual ability"teachers are an indispensable and important force in rural revitalization.The article analyzed the connotation of the"Dual teacher and dual ability"teachers' social service function in rural areas,delved into their potential and value in rural revitalization.It explored the realization pathways of the"Dual teacher and dual ability"teachers' rural social service function from aspects such as policy support and institutional guarantee,school-local cooperation and industry-education integration,capacity building and incentive mechanisms,platform construction and innovation of service models.This aimed to provide beneficial references and lessons for rural development,as well as theoretical support and practical basis for related policy formulation and operational practices.
