农业科研院所大型科研仪器设备开放共享管理实践与探索——以北京市农林科学院为例

摘要
大型科研仪器设备是开展科研创新活动的重要基础保障,做好大型科研仪器设备的开放共享,对于提升农业科研院所科技资源利用效率和高质量推进农业科技创新发展具有重要支撑作用.文章以北京市农林科学院为例,分析了大型科研仪器设备开放共享现状、存在的问题与面临的挑战,并结合工作实际从建设专业人才队伍、提升共享意识和健全管理制度等方面提出了具有针对性的建议,以期进一步提升科研仪器设备整体资源利用效率和科研产出效能.
Abstract
The large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment are important basic guarantees for conducting scientific research and innovation activities.The opening and sharing of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment has become an inevitable trend for improving the efficiency of scientific and technological resource utilization and promoting high-quality agricultural technological innovation and development.Taking Beijing Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences as an example,the current situation,problems and challenges of the openness and sharing management of large-scale scientific research instruments and equipment were deeply analyzed in the paper.Combining the actual work,improvement countermeasures and suggestions were proposed to improve the overall resource utilization efficiency of scientific research instruments and equipment and the effectiveness of scientific research output,such as building a professional talent team,enhancing awareness of sharing,and improving mechanism construction.
