摘要

文章以三明市农业科学研究院为例,结合2019-2023年的相关统计数据和已发表的研究成果,采用SWOT分析法分析地市级农业科研院所在科技成果转化中存在的内部优势、劣势,以及外部面临的机遇和挑战,并从强化科研平台建设和作用发挥、依托中介机构促进农业科技成果转化、打造一批专业的技术经纪人队伍等方面提出了加强地市级农业科研院所成果转化的建议,以助力地市级农业科研院所发展.

Abstract

Taking Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,combined with relevant statistical data from 2019 to 2023 and published research results,this article used SWOT analysis to examine the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and challenges faced by prefectural-level agricultural research institutes in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.It proposed suggestions for strengthening the transformation of achievements in prefectural-level agricultural research institutes from aspects such as enhancing the construction and function of scientific research platforms,relying on intermediary institutions to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and building a group of professional technical brokers,in order to help the development of prefectural-level agricultural research institutes.
