Analysis of the Current Situation and Suggestions for the Transformation of Achievements in Prefecture-level Agricultural Research Institutes Based on SWOT Analysis Method,Taking Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example
Taking Sanming Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,combined with relevant statistical data from 2019 to 2023 and published research results,this article used SWOT analysis to examine the internal strengths and weaknesses,as well as the external opportunities and challenges faced by prefectural-level agricultural research institutes in the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.It proposed suggestions for strengthening the transformation of achievements in prefectural-level agricultural research institutes from aspects such as enhancing the construction and function of scientific research platforms,relying on intermediary institutions to promote the transformation of agricultural scientific and technological achievements,and building a group of professional technical brokers,in order to help the development of prefectural-level agricultural research institutes.
