摘要

农业科技成果转化是推动农业现代化和农村经济发展的关键环节.文章以吉林省农业科学院(中国农业科技东北创新中心)(以下简称"吉林省农科院")为例,阐述了其近年来农业科技成果转化的现状、取得的成效,分析了农业科技成果转化过程中存在的问题,如资金支持力度不够、转化模式单一、专业人才短缺等,针对问题提出了加大政策资金支持力度、探索多元化转化路径、加强人才队伍建设等建议,以期为农业科研单位加强科技成果转化工作提供参考.

Abstract

The transformation of scientific and technological achievements is a key link to promote agricultural modernization and rural economic development.Taking Jilin Academy of Agricultural Sciences(Northeast Agricultural Research Center of China)as an example,this article described the current status and achievements of technology transfer in recent years,analyzed the problems encountered during the technology transfer process,such as insufficient financial support,single transformation models,and shortages of professional talents.In response to these issues,suggestions were made to increase policy and financial support,explore diversified transformation paths,and strengthen the construction of talent teams.These measures aim to provide a reference for other agricultural research institutions to strengthen their technology transfer efforts.
