摘要
文章基于农产品供应链平台的特殊性,构建包括全渠道整合机制、利益协调与分配机制、物流配送与追溯机制、信息共享与治理机制四大机制和供应链渠道体系、组织体系、服务体系、安全体系、感知体系五大体系在内的理论架构,并以湖北孝感为例,探讨孝感建设武汉都市圈农产品供应链平台实践,剖析其存在的困难和问题,从促进合作伙伴转向生态伙伴、实现产业链供应链高效协同、推动城市和产业集中高质量发展等方面提出了有针对性的对策建议.
Abstract
Based on the particularity of the agricultural product supply chain platform,this article constructed a theoretical architecture that included four mechanisms:omnichannel integration mechanism,interest coordination and distribution mechanism,logistics distribution and traceability mechanism,information sharing and governance mechanism,and five systems:supply chain channel system,organizational system,service system,security system,and perception system.Taking Xiaogan,Hubei Province as an example,this article explored the practice of Xiaogan in building an agricultural product supply chain platform in the Wuhan metropolitan area,analyzed the difficulties and problems it faces,and proposed targeted countermeasures and suggestions from aspects such as promoting partners to turn into ecological partners,realizing efficient coordination of industrial chains and supply chains,and promoting high-quality development of cities and industries.
