农业科研单位青年科技人才培养的对策思考——以河南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所为例

摘要
青年科技人才关系着农业科研单位人才队伍的优化和科研的可持续发展,加强青年科技人才培养至关重要.文章以河南省农业科学院粮食作物研究所(以下简称"粮作所")为例,分析了青年人才队伍建设现状和存在的问题,阐述了粮作所培养青年科技人才采取的主要措施,并从优化人才流动机制、坚持党管人才原则、脚踏实地练好内功等方面提出加强青年科技人才培养的对策,以期为农业科研单位青年科技人才培养工作提供借鉴和参考.
Abstract
Young scientific and technological talents are crucial to the optimization of talent teams and the sustainable development of scientific research in agricultural scientific research institutions,so it is very important to strengthen the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents.Taking the Grain Crops Research Institute of Henan Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example,this article analyzed the current situation and existing problems of the construction of young talent teams,expounded the main measures taken by the Grain Institute to cultivate young scientific and technological talents,and proposed countermeasures to strengthen the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents from aspects such as optimizing the talent flow mechanism,adhering to the principle of the Party managing talents,and steadily improving internal skills,in order to provide references for the cultivation of young scientific and technological talents in agricultural scientific research institutions.
