农业科研档案是记录涉农科研单位科研全过程活动的重要载体,直接展现了其技术实力和创新水平,为单位的可持续发展提供了必要支撑和依据.文章阐述了科研档案工作的重要性,分析了新时期科研档案保密工作面临的问题,并以江苏省农业科学院为例,从发挥组织优势、筑牢思想堤坝、健全制度体系等方面总结了科研档案保密工作的具体做法及取得的成效,以期为涉农科研院所加强农业科研档案保密工作提供参考.
Abstract
Agricultural scientific research archives are important carriers that record the entire process of scientific research activities in agricultural research institutions,directly reflecting their technical strength and innovation level,and providing necessary support and basis for the sustainable development of the institutions.The article expounded the importance of scientific research archives work,analyzed the problems faced by the confidentiality work of scientific research archives in the new period,and took Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an example.From the aspects of leveraging organizational advantages,building ideological barriers,and improving the system,it summarized the specific practices and achievements of the confidentiality work of scientific research archives,in order to provide references for agricultural research institutes to strengthen the confidentiality work of agricultural scientific research archives.
