Determination of Propanil Residues in Rice by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
An analytic method was developed to determine the residue of Propanil in rice water, soil, straw, bran and rice samples. The sample was extracted with ethyl acetate and purified by d-SPE,and determined by Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry. The results showed that the average recovery of propanil was 72.3%~108.9% when spiked at 0.02~2mg/kg,with relative standard deviations of 1.5%~8.2%.Therefore,it was an effective method which met the pesticide residue analysis requirements in sensitivity, accuracy and precision.
