Analytical Method for 40％Prochloraz Copper Chloride·Epoxiconazole SC
This paper investigated the analytical method for 40％Epoxiconazole and Prochloraz SC.The study employ the mixture of acetonitrile and water as the mobile phase,an Eclipse Plus-C8 4.6×250 mm,5μm column and UV detector(at a wavelength of 270nm).Quantification is per-formed using external standard method.Epoxiconazole and Prochloraz were separated and verified by HPLC.The method demonstrates excellent specificity,linearity,accuracy and precision,resul-ting in significant cost and time saving for analysis.
