摘要

为确定藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂(藜芦胺)对防治茶绿盲蝽的效果,进行了不同浓度田间药效试验.结果表明,药后 3 d,各处理防效和对照药剂防效均达最高值,0.5％藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂 600 倍液处理的防效最高,为 80.43％,各处理与 0.3％苦参碱水剂无显著差异.本试验结果总体来看,0.5％藜芦根茎提取物可溶液剂防治茶绿盲蝽速效性、持效性相对较好,对茶园主要害虫茶小绿叶蝉也有较好的兼治作用;同时,对茶园主要益虫无明显不良影响.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of veratrol root and stem extract SL(veratrol)in controlling tea green bugs through field efficacy trials with varying concentrations.The results indi-cated that,after 3 days of treatment,the control effect of each treatment and the control agent peak-ed,a 600-fold solution of 0.5％resveratrol root and stem extract SL exhibited the highest control effect at 80.43％,with no significant difference between each treatment and compared to 0.3％ma-trine SL.Overall,the results of this experiment suggests that 0.5％resveratrol root and stem extract SL can serve as an effective solution for controlling tea green bugs,demonstrating both quick and sustained efficacy.
