Risk Analysis of 44 Pesticides and Metabolites Residues in Mango Using Liquid Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry
The residues of 44 pesticides and their metabolites in mango were determined by QuEChERS liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).Pesticide residues were detected in 65.0%of the whole mango.Among these, pyraclostrobin and difenoconazole exhibited the highest detected rates, found in 52.5%and 35.0%of the whole fruit samples, respectively. The concentration of pyraclostrobin in the whole fruit exceeded the maximum residue limit(MRL)established in China for mangoes, with an unqualified rate of 20%.Through statistical analysis of the detected data, the status quo and associated risks of pesticide residues in mangoes were analyzed.Furthermore, suggestions were put forward to strengthen pesticide supervision and management and to guide farmers to use pesticides in a rational and standardized way, providing references for market supervision and management.
