摘要
采用高效液相色谱仪建立了一种检测苯氧威·噻嗪酮悬浮剂有效成分含量的方法.该方法采用Eclipse plus C18色谱柱,DAD检测器对苯氧威和噻嗪酮进行分离和定量检测.结果表明,该试验条件下苯氧威和噻嗪酮的质量浓度与其响应值之间表现出良好的线性关系,相关系数(R2)分别为0.999 5和0.999 7,5次平行测定的标准偏差分别为0.002 3和0.005 2,变异系数分别为0.044％和0.025％,平均回收率分别为100.03％和100.08％.
Abstract
This article presented a HPLC method with a DAD detector for the determination of Fenoxy-carb and Buprofezin SC.The results showed that the linear correlation coefficient of 0.999 7 and 0.999 7,the standard deviation of 0.002 3 and 0.005 2,the variation coefficient of 0.044％and 0.025％,and the average recovery of 100.03％and 100.08％were obtained for Fenoxycarb and Buprofezin,respectively.
