摘要
近年来,面对机构改革、职能调整的新形势,河北省农药检定监测总站立足工作实际,探索"四提升、四强化"的创新举措,有效提升了农药管理技术支撑能力,顺利实现了由管理向技术支撑的功能转变,为更好落实《农药管理条例》赋予的职责奠定了坚实基础.
Abstract
In recent years,confronted with the new situation of institutional reform and functional adjustment,Hebei Institute for the Control and Monitor of Agrochemicals,grounded in real-world experience,has explored innovative measures of"four improvements,four enhancements"andhas effectively improved the technology support capabilities in pesticide management.This endeavor has led to a successful transition,shifting its focus from management to technology support.The measures have laid a solid foundation for fulfilling the responsibilities and tasks stipulated by the Regulations on Pesticide Administration.
